Paata Kvavadze

Paata Kvavadze is an expert and a speaker on election issues at the Center for Development and Democracy (CDD). His professional experience counts a significant number of years in local and international projects. With a legal background, Paata worked in both public and private sectors for many years. Since 2015 he has observed elections in Georgia and abroad.
