CDD representative Paata Kvavadze participated in the discussion of the 2023-2026 strategic plan project of the election administration, the recently implemented electoral reform, and the introduction of electronic technologies for the 2024 parliamentary elections.
The working meeting was held on January 26-27, 2023, organized by the Central Election Commission of Georgia and supported by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).
At the meeting, attention was also paid to the code of ethics to be signed between the election administration and local non-governmental organizations, which was formed/developed recently.
The Center for Development and Democracy presented its views and suggestions regarding the issues under discussion.
