Two representatives of the Center for Democracy and Development (CDD): Ms. Shorena Japharidze and Ms. Mary Alughishvili, will participate in OSCE / ODIHR-Observation Mission and will monitor the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Albania on 23th of June, 2013 as short-term observers.
