Thousands of volunteers, representatives of ministries, municipalities , universities and schools, companies and non-governmental organizations participated in the national clean-up promotion on 16th of June. The large-scale campaign of protecting environment reached Tbilisi and almost all other regions. Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) has joined the cleaning campaign. Regional representatives of the organisation actively participated in the clean-up actions.

Within the large-scale campaign of protecting environment the clean-up promotions were held in Batumi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Tsalenjikha, Telavi, Sagarejo, Zestsaponi, Sighnaghi, Kvareli, Poti, Ozurgeti, Stepantsminda, Dusheti, Gori, Khashuri, Kareli, Rustavi, Marneuli, Tetritskaro, Tsalka, Oni, Tsageri, Lentekhi, Akhaltsikhe, Akhalkalaki, and Borjomi. National Parks and Prodected Areas of Borjomi-Kharagauli, Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Kolkhi, Ajameti, Mtirala, Kobuleti, Lagodekhi, Vashlovani, and Algeti were also ivolved in the campaign.
