The representatives of the Center for Democracy and Development (CDD) - Ms. Shorena Japaridze and Ms. Mary Alughishvili participated in OSCE / ODIHR- short term observation mission and monitored the parliamentary elections of the Republic of Albania on 23rd of June, 2013. There were more than 400 observers invited from  24 OSCE member countries who were observing the process of voting, counting and summing up the results. This parliamentary elections held in Albania is considered to be an important test for the country to join EU.
