Representatives of Center for Development and Democracy (CDD) participated in the training about project cycle, which was held 16 - 19 July, in "House of Europe". Training was held with the joint initiative of EU and UN, supported by Confidence Building Early Response Mechanism (COBERM).

The goal of COBERM is to support prompt solutions and specific initiatives between conflict parties, and conflict communities to build confidence. General purpose of Confidence Building Early Response Mechanism (COBERM) is to support peaceful transformation of conflicts.
