In the competition announced by the Elections Systems Development, Reforms, and Training Center on June 21, 2013, 6 projects were granted, among which there is a project "Strong Observing Organizations - To Improve the Election Environment" submitted by the "Center for Development and Democracy".

The idea, goal, and task of implementing the project "Strong Observing Organizations - To Improve the Election Environment" by the "Center for Development and Democracy" (CDD) is:

• to support regional coordinators, members of the network of observers and volunteers, as well as qualification and professional development of the head office staff;

• to enhance organizational representatives in 10 regions;

• to enhance cooperation with regional media broadcastings and to improve awareness of the organization;

• to strengthen and develop the network of observers and volunteers in the organization;
