There was held a meeting with the representatives of civil society and Media at the hotel “Radisson Blue Iveria” with the initiative of the Central Election Commission in partnership with the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).  The meeting was attended by the Chairperson of Center of Democracy and Development (CDD) - Kate Chachava.

Center of Reforms and Trainings presented the teaching and testing program regarding to the procedures of Election Day.

The workshops with election administration, the media and non-governmental sector are organized in a permanent manner and are held once in every two weeks. CEC, in close cooperation with International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), by organizing the above-mentioned meetings creates a mechanism for relationship and information exchange, which ensures on one hand, raising the level of involvement and awareness of civil society and media, and on the other hand, supports the administration to develop its goals and direction. Center of Development and Democracy (CDD) positively evaluates the abovementioned initiate and would like to participate in the working process in this format.
