On August 16, David Narmania, the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, and his deputies - Tengiz Shergelashvili and Shota Marghulia held a meeting with local and international observer organizations. The meeting was attended by Chairperson of the Center of Development and Democracy - Kate Chachava.

At the meeting with the observer organizations the representatives of the Ministry presented information regarding to all the governmental programs implemented in the regions and its relevance with Election Code. The conversation was mostly about the programs and projects funded under the Rural Support Program. Mainly the projects supported by the fund for implementing projects in the region, and implemented projects by the Rural Support Program were discussed.
