On September 21, the Memorandum of collaboration between "Center for Development and Democracy" and "Civil Monitoring and Research Center" was signed officially at the hotel "Shine".

 According to the memorandum, "Civil Monitoring and Research Center" will carry out the project "Surveillance for Democracy and Development” within the mandate of the "Center of Development and Democracy" in the pre-election, Election Day and post- election period of presidential election 2013 monitoring the processes in the electoral districts of Zugdidi, Khobi, Tsalenjikha and Chkhorotsku.

The project is implemented by the Center of Development and Democracy in cooperation with Article 42 with the financial support of the “Fund Open Society Georgia”.
