On September 19 activity presentation and reception of Center of Development and Democracy (CDD) was held at International Center of Culture "Muza".

At the above mentioned meeting in a solemn environment the chairperson of CDD, board members, representatives of head office, regional coordinators and long-term observers publicly signed the Code of Conduct for Observers.

“Code of Conduct for Observers" is obligatory for each CDD’s observer. Any serious violation of the Code will result in a number of sanctions.
