Call for the position of the regional coordinators

Centre of Democracy and Development (CDD) with the financial support of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Training Center implemented the project "Strong Monitoring Organizations - to Improve the Electoral Environment". The essence, goal and objectives of implementing the project for the "Center of Development and Democracy" (CDD) are:

 

• Reinforcing Representatives of organization in 10 regions;

• Enhancing cooperation with regional media broadcastings and raise organization awareness in the regions;

• Raising qualification and supporting professional development of the network of regional coordinators, observers and volunteers of the organization;

 

CDD is pleased to announce a competition to select the regional coordinators in ten regions:

• Samegrelo

• Imereti

• Kvemo Kartli

• Shida Kartli

• Adjara

• Guria

• Kakheti

• Samtskhe - Javakheti

• Mtskheta - Mtianeti

• Racha - Lechkhumi

 

For CDD, based on its goals, priority is to maximally increase and strengthen its representatives in the regions of Georgia. Also, it is very important to improve means of communication, developing human resources – raising qualification, implementing supportive and incentive mechanisms. There will be trainings in September for selected candidates of regional coordinators where participants will learn about the principles, future plans, projects and strategic vision.

 

Selected regional coordinators will be involved in the implementation process of ogoing projects. As well as will take active part to enhance presence of the organization in the regions. 

 

Regional coordinators will be paid according to the working schedule, since at this moment it is not possible to make it as full time position. it is desirable that applicants for regional coordinators to be involved in the working process of the local non-governmental organizations or media. It is desirable for the regional coordinator to be energetic, motivated and experienced in civic / non-governmental sector.
