Training for Long term observers (LTO’s) of CDD was held in the hotel “Shine” Tbilisi from 19th till 22nd of September. 

15 LTO’s will conduct long term observation of pre-elections, e-day and post election period in 10 regions of Georgia.  

Observation for 2013 Presidential elections is implemented in partnership with NNLE "Article 42 - Constitution" with the financial support of the Open Society Foundation.
