CDD’s Short Term Observers (STO’s) trainings were organized in 10 regions of Georgia from 15-25 October, 2013. Overall more than 170 Observers were trained and received certificates. 

During the regional visits representatives of the core team of CDD together with the regional coordinators conducted meetings with the representatives of the regional media in order to inform them about the plans, priorities and methodology of the observation mission. 

For the Presidential Elections planned for October 27th, 2013 Center of Development and Democracy (CDD) in partnership with Article 42 of the Constitution with the financial support of the Open Society Georgia Foundation will conduct Election  Observation with 200 member observation mission in 73 DEC across the country.
