Under the CEC auspices the training center provides intensive training program for the PEC members on electoral legislation for local elections of 15 June 2014.

The trainers trained by the training center provide trainings to the PEC members.

Period of provision of the trainings covers:

• May 20-30 training for 13 PEC members; main topic of the training covers operation of the PEC in during the period before E-Day and on polling day;
• June 1-7 training was provided for the PEC officials (chairperson, deputy, secretary) Main topic of the training was the authorities of the PEC officials (including work with election documentation, applications/complaints, and summary protocols).
• 8-13 June – E-Day simulation

The trainings will be conducted with combined method, which includes electronic teaching (including educational film) practical training (including practical exercises, role play).

The observers of CDD will observe the training of the PEC members and the results of the observation will be reflected in summary protocol of the organization.
