CDD observed repeated balloting process of local elections 2014, in particular the processes of opening of the precincts, voting, closing of precincts and summarizing results. CDD observing mission assessed positively the process of repeated balloting. The process went in calm and organized environment in compliance with the legislation in force. Some procedural violations were detected in the processes of opening precinct and voting; however they were immediately corrected by the administration and did not have any influence on the results.  

The CEC determined 29 June as the date for repeated balloting for local elections 2014. Balloting through majoritarian system was held on following election precincts:

• 22 Marneuli DEC, PECs N25 and N 57 
• 26 Tetritskaro DEC, PEC N5 
• 28 Dusheti DEC; PECs N4, N6, N47 and N52 
• 40 Akhalkalaki DEC; PEC N1 
• 55 Khoni DEC; PEC N22 
• 57 Tkibuli DEC; PECs N2 and N5 
• 67 Zugdidi DEC; PEC N32
• 79 Batumi DEC; PEC N103 
• 81 Kobuleti DEC; PEC N34
