The CDD observers submitted complaints to the District Election Commissions during the local elections 2014. The appeals were related to the responsibility of the PEC members, since the summary protocols were filled in violation of the law.

The DECs granted 6 complaints, by which disciplinary liability was assigned basically to the chairpersons and secretaries, using reprimand as form of disciplinary responsibility. 4 complaints were partially satisfied and 4 – were rejected.
