The recommendations of the 2014 municipal elections which was sent to Parliament for consideration by 7 organizations (Center for Democracy and Development (CDD), Article 42 of the Constitution, the Human Rights Center, the Environmental Development Centre (EEDC), the Democratic Initiative (GDI), Association of Regional Broadcasters (GARB), Media Development Foundation (MDF) was joined by a group of 9 other  organizations.

Accordingly, recommendations are supported by:

16. The Ministry of Youth Development Union
