The Center for Development and Democracy (CDD) held N4 General meeting on January 31st. According to the organization's rules, the Council authorized to make decisions, as it was attended by the Members 3/5-over.
N 4 General Meeting Agenda:
1. The termination of membership from the organization of Tamar Chugoshvili due to personal reasons.
2. The termination of membership from the organization of Giorgi Sharabidze due to personal reasons.
3. The election of new Board members.
The Board Council listened reasons of Tamar chugoshvili and George Sharabidze why they want to terminate the Board membership. The Board Council satisfied c. Sharabidze and h. statements.
Unanimously concluded:
1. According to personal statement of Tamar Chugoshvili, she has terminated the membership authority of "The Center for Development and Democracy".
2. According to personal statement of Giorgi Sharabidze, he has terminated the membership authority of “The Center for Development and Democracy”.
The Council listened to Archil Kanchaveli statement, according to which, in spite of the previous general meeting of the accumulated number of voices (which gave him the right to occupy the replacement of the board member's place), he now refuses to accept the organization's board membership and agrees to be elected any other member of the organization for this position.
Bekar Iokashvili instead of the terminated members suggested to board members following candidates: Natia Qashakashvili and Nino Davitashvili. Above mentioned members agreed to be elected at the board Council.
Unanimously concluded:
3. “The Center for Development and Democracy" elected new board members (of the remaining period) Natia Qashikashvili and Nino Davitashvili instead of Tamar Chugoshvili and George Sharabidze.
The corresponding changes have to be registered by the executive director - Katevan Chachava.
