rom September 26th, the Center for Development and Democracy (CDD) observers will monitor Election Administration official’s certification exams at the Central Election Commission.
From September 3rd through September 20th, the registration for the certification was possible through the Internet. In total 3220 participants were registered. All interested parties could see the examples of the exam tests, as well as the training center also at CEC web-pages.
Examination conducted by the Center of Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings. The test duration is 1 hour. The test will be conducted electronically. Each examinee to random sampling method will be selected in 30 tests. To pass the test applicant should receive 24 points. After passing the examination will be awarded with a certificate.
