On December 1 an event dedicated to the Worlds AIDS Day was held in the head office of the Center for Development and Democracy.

In the framework of the event the competitions of photos, questions and slogan on the topic "I Choose a healthy lifestyle" were held, in which participated about 100 youngsters from Tbilisi as well as from the regions.  The competition was held in several steps and 10 winners were revealed, whose slogans and photos were exhibited in the head office. At the end of the event there was an awards ceremony and the winners were rewarded with prizes, souvenirs and certificates.

We'd like to thank all the participants and the fellows of the event, as well as the Public School N1 of Tsalka and Public School N2 of Vali for the active participation in the event of World AIDS Day!

The Center for Development and Democracy is organizing similar events since 2011 and aims to encourage a healthy lifestyle among young people and at the same time to increase the awareness of the obstacles and to encourage prevention of HIV and bad habits (drugs, tobacco, and alcohol).
