Archil Kanchaveli, representative of the Center for Development and Democracy (CDD) attended a sixteenth training of Short-Term Observers (STO) held in Belgrade on December 8-10, 2015 organized by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR).
The training covered important issues such as International Standards for Observing Elections and Basic Principals, Developing Strategic Plan and Communication, mechanisms for sustainable development of procedures and election process, importance of observing missions and rights and duties of STOs during elections.
29 representatives including non-governmental organizations and election administrations, as well as public and state entities from 17 countries attended the training held in Belgrade.
