"The Center for Development and Democracy" (CDD) implemented  20-member observation mission to monitor the parliamentary by-elections in  № 9 Tbilisi, № 52 Samtradia and № 54  Baghdati election districts  on the 27th of April , 2013.

Elections observasion training was delivered for its members. Observers learned the rules of election-day procedures and legislation. The willingness has been expressed by signing the Code of Conduct. The observation forms, guidelines and relevant official documents were distributed among the observers.
