Based on the information provided by the Center For Development and Democracy, on 28 January 2016 polling process passed in organized manner in accordance with the procedures in No 21 Gardabani District and respectively was assessed positively by the observing mission.

On December 18, the Central Election Commission registered the Center for Development and Democracy (CDD) as the local observing organization at extraordinary elections of Gamgebeli of self-governing community – Gardabani municipality.
