According to the high sensitivity and the public interest about ongoing trial of Rustavi 2 TV, it’s essential to be transparent, fair and open process and free from any political interference.

Public discussions of the draft Constitutional Law were held in Tbilisi and in the Regions of Georgia, in which Ketevan Chachava, the chairperson of Center for Development and Democracy (CDD), participated.

Third regular meeting was held in the ministry of Justice by Interagency Commission for Free and Fair Elections. The session was attended by the Deputy person of Center for Development and Democracy (CDD) Marina Bendeliani.

On September 6^th 2015, the Central Election Commission registered the Center for Development and Democracy as observer for the electoral process at October 31^st 2015 Parliament and the Council By-election for all levels of electoral commission.
